- AAAudraNov 23, 20251.0This is absolutely the worst postal service station. Everything that is being said on here is absolutely true, it has been our experience as well since we moved into this neighborhood a year and a half ago. we have had nothing but continuous problem receiving our mail. We don't even bother sending mail because they never stop and pick it up. Missing mail that never gets delivered, outgoing mail not being picked up for days, placing packages in obvious places to be stolen. No respect for property. And when you file a complaint they just tell you what you want to hear and you never hear from them again and it continues. They try to blame informed delivery but it's an excuse. We have had Inf del since the beginning and we never had an issue at our old place.

Due to their poor communication skills I had to call the 877 number to get the local number. Called that number for help trying to figure out what this brown note was for & the man that answered was very rude & acted like he could care less. Not sure why employees allow such terrible service. USPS should be a stellar employer by now with all the years under their belt. Guess if you live in a not so nice neighborhood, you aren’t worth being respected. Pathetic of USPS as a company.
