The package was an urgently expected one and the time provided was a time where nobody is able to sign for it. I had called and explained the situation but they decided to throw me back and forth towards them and the sender. All the calls I made to their customer service had me talking to someone who is disrespectful and talked over me CONSTANTLY. I understand ensuring that product and items are not lost but the rigidness and inability to provide more options for situations like this is ridiculous, on top of that, over the phone customer service staff that is utterly rude with 0 intent on fully resolving issues.

I was quoted from the store " manager over 1100 bucks! Check your pricing online and report places that clearly dont know what they are doing and or are doing something dishonest. Either way- its totally unacceptable.
