They have also helped me get through all my returns with packaging, taking the boxes, the labels, extra stuff that they don't have to do.

Today I had one of the worst experiences with the man behind the counter, being rude and arrogant. When I asked to take a picture of the package with the label for proof, they told me all I needed was the receipt and I said no I want a picture of the package It’s a return and it’s an $800 product and I wanted proof and then the employee proceeded to tell me not to rush hi, raised his voice and was rude. So when I said don’t be rude to me, then he started yelling in front of the entire store and someone on the team came over and asked him go to the back room and before I was out, he came out from the back room and started yelling again. Organizations needed to teach their employees that if they’re stressed out not to take it out on the customers. Sure, there are two sides every story but this was ridiculous for just dropping off a package All I can say is I will never be back and buyer beware. I sure hope my package gets delivered, but I do have the receipt.
