  My job has recently got a post office box at this location. I go in to pick up mail and occasionally drop off. I was trying to do an Amazon return last week and the gentleman at the counter, Nick, informed me he did not know how to do the process without a QR code. I got back in line and waited but saw the time and had to leave. I came back in today to pick up our mail and retry the Amazon drop off with a different person since it was earlier in the day and slower. When I walked in Nick was the only person available and I reminded him that last time he said he was unable to help me as he was not sure how to do it. He began to get hostile in the way he spoke to me about it. He grabbed my shipping labels and crunched it over my amazon return item and showed everyone in the store "I can't ship it like this" When no one was asking him to. He then walked over to the short blond haired girl, who was with a customer, and told her to tell me he couldn't do it. I asked him to not speak to me like I was dumb and if there was something I needed to fix with my paperwork why didn't he tell me that the last time I was there instead of saying he didn't know how to process it. I was not arguing with him about if he could or not, I questioned why he didn't say that the first time. He told me I needed to contact Amazon as he couldn't process without a package. I told him I selected for UPS to handle the packing and I would supply the item. Instead of having an adult conversation with me he showed me his badge and told me to make a complaint about him. I get if you do not like your job, find something else. I was standing arm's length from the counter and he told me to get out his face and leave. He proceeded to go to the back of the store when I was asking him why he was being so rude for no reason and he stayed there until I left. I get the world we live in right now is stressful and scary but there is no need to be rude to someone ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE A PAID EMPLOYEE WHO HAS TO WORK WITH PEOPLE. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB, FIND SOMETHING ELSE. IT IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO BE KIND AND HAVE SOME COMPASSION

  Would absolutely NOT PROCESS my USPS return--told me that I had to go to Post Office, even though it's listed as one of their services. Was also really snarky about it.

  Very poor customer service yesterday from a girl with short blond hair .She told me the manager Ally and she would be in at 1pm..I called at 330 same girl answered and refused to tell me her same and kept unprofessionally calling me honey and refused to let me talk to supervisor .. Help this girl was rude, unprofessional and needs to be reported and replaced

  I’ve used this UPS store for years, but after today, I’ll drive further rather than returning here. I brought in a plastic box that I wanted boxed and shipped. The young girl asked what I was shipping and I said tools. Then without asking my permission, she just opened my bin. This may seem like a simple thing, but her rude intrusive attitude was too much.
