They will tell you if you can send a package for less money if you don't have a deadline to meet. (Books can be shipped slower and costs less than other packages.) They will get you the paperwork to help you make an address change. Are you mailing a package to a military friend or over seas? Yes they can help you make sure you have the correct box- but it is up to you to fill out the paperwork. Please make sure it's easily read. If something happens and the contents are spilled, stolen, partially destroyed or whatever it is easier to read what should have been in the package. I trust our local carriers but once it leaves Grant County.....
