Terrible experience. I sent a very important document to Spain, never arrived. No money back and the document went to Korea. The post office was not helpful at all. I undertand why the government use Fedex and not USPS. You pay American prices for Venezuelan service.

I dropped off a package on Friday, November 21, around 4:30 and these two ladies were so sweet. Very kind and professional. Too many times in thos world, people complain about everything, but I love leaving great feedback when I get it. I love this post office because everyone is so friendly and sweet. Thank you for your kindness.

I'd rather give it a zero!! Waiting on a key for new address and they're out. Waiting over a week now, it's imperative I get my mail. Have tried to call numerous times with no answer. So now I'll be forced to drive back across town to be told I still have no access to my mail. Ridiculous is the nicest thing I can say.
