- GBGene Boggd2 days ago1.0Let me start by saying the mailman throws packages at the house, when he delivers them. I go to speak to his supervisor. They don't seem to care. He leaves the door to the mail box open. He has lost important documents mailed to my house. There is no accountability with the post office. Then they cry, we need more money. Surely there is a better way for the post office to handle this situation. I wish, I could get feedback from other people having similar issues. Those of you that have excellent service. Enjoy. I wish I got excellent customer service.

Saturday a package I was tracking was supposedly delivered, I go to my mail box literally minutes after getting the alert, NO PACKAGE. My house is a block away from this facility, how hard is it to get mail to the right mail box? I never have these problems with private carriers. No wonder USPS is dying.
