I dread going into this one location every time. The workers always got attitudes (the same ones) there is a few nice people working at the counter. But I walk up with a smile saying hello and they got an attitude “hello…. have a nice day” they rush you out. I have also heard them complaining that the customers aren’t moving fast enough… you can tell everyone doesn’t enjoy life when you walk in this location… life should be left at the door when you walk into work.

Saw the bad reviews and wanted to give a legit chance. Yes they were busy at the time I went. Smiles across the whole crew with a great sense of taking care of customers.

I've been to the store several times and I find the customer service to be top-notch, very professional and knowledgeable. They get the job done in a timely manner. Extremely knowledgeable about Amazon returns, that's what I was struggling with and the lady walked me through it painlessly.

I had a really frustrating experience with one of the employees. I usually pack my packages at the self-service counter, but this time he told me I couldn’t do it that way. I asked several times what I should do, and finally he said he could pack it for me for an extra fee, why wasn’t this explained from the start?
Then he told me my label was wrong, even though it was printed officially through the UPS app. He insisted they only accept packages from Amazon, which was clearly not true. Another employee had to confirm that my package could actually be sent.
The first employee never apologized, kept saying it might not be accepted, and even suggested I take photos of my shipment “just in case.” It was confusing, unnecessary, and very unprofessional. I just wish someone had explained the process clearly from the beginning. I would really appreciate a service where employees clearly explain the process, help customers confidently, and make the experience smooth, a service that makes you want to come back. I would give this experience minus one star if I could.
