- KWKelley Wyatt4 days ago1.0The letter carrier refuses to bring items requiring signature to my door. He lies on forms he puts in my mailbox saying he attempted to deliver but no one was available to sign when we are home and waiting for delivery. This forces me to make unnecessary trips to the post office to pick up items. He also often delivers my mail to the wrong address.

Being told to “look harder” or “well how long have you lived there, our carrier is very good and doesn’t make mistakes” when calling to inquire why status shows as delivered. Hope the postmaster general actually intervenes now. Cant count how many times they cost us money.

- BBBusy BeeverMar 13, 20191.0I sent an employee to you to fix an issue with a package that had been sent from California.The package was addressed wrong and that was a mistake on our part.The package was sent back to a facility in Kansas city from Tonganoxie.My employee asked if it could be retrieved.Your staff wasn't very forthcoming with info if it could be or not.He was then told it would be sent back to Tonganoxie as it was flagged.It was not sent back To tongi as promised.He was also told he would be called and kept in the loop as to the package whereabouts.This never happened.All in all there was little to no help from your location.Shame on you!!!this is your neighbor and he needed your help.My company needed your help.You literally lied as well as put in no effort to help.Your posture and demeanor at the time was unprofessional and we felt there was an issue but could do nothing.This caused my company much grief as well as lost time and money plus hurt feelings.I will make sure my money goes to UPS next time.
