- HGHannah GJan 23, 20231.0Very rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t answer the phone. Refused to contact me via phone or email. I had to take time off work to go in person because I had no idea what was going on with my mail. They left a bill with a hand written amount needed in my box. I dropped off a check for the amount. A went in afterwards and couldn’t get into my box. When I visited in person the lady said I didn’t pay enough. She came out with the hand written bill and had taken a different colored pen and written a different amount over the top of the other amount. She had the audacity to act like I tried to underpay them after she essentially forged a new amount on my bill and never even contacted me. She wouldn’t give me my mail until I payed the forged amount.
