- LALuai ALAHMADFeb 17, 20261.0I took my family to this location to renew our passports , my wife arrived before the rest of us and one of the workers “a purple haired woman “. Asked my wife rudely to go wait in the mailbox area. Then I arrived with the kids and the other lady worker asked a woman who just walked in to step inside to her counter to be helped. Than the purple hair postal worker, was done with her customer so we walked in. I was right in the front than my 2 kids than my wife. So I presented my application and all the documents on the counter to the postal worker. The “purple haired” postal worker decided to totally ignore my presence and started to speak and ask my wife questions who is standing in the back behind me and behind my 2 kids. So I said to the “purple haired” worker that I am standing right In front of you and you can directly ask me why are we here. As soon as I said that she got very angry and rolled her eyes at me and I told her that was not nice and I have seen that and I told her that it seems like she has an attitude towards us since we walked in. Then she asked us to leave and that she will not help us , so I packed all my paperwork that I had scattered on her counter and walked out of that post office thinking that SHE WAS THE OWNER OF THAT LOCATION or maybe just bought it from the government ! She was very rude and unprofessional, a bad example of someone who represents the government in front of an 11 and a 16 years old children.
