In the mean time there's only 1 working mail cause the other is doing passport. And when that clerk is done helping the guy sending something to china, she has to leave!! So now the 15 people waiting in line has to wait for the clerk doin the passport to finish. In the meantime some lady comes from that back and says if you have a label and don't need a receipt to bring your package up. Well I need a receipt...finally get to the front and the leady helping me says that next time I can just use the kiosk if all I need is a receipt! 🙄😑 So why aren't we just yelling that out??!! Please privatize the post office and stop wasting our money!!

They clearly did not look at the zip code...because we have lived here for over 20 years. So now we have to reach out to the seller because the post office stinks, and won’t help correct their mistake. I also had an appointment for to get a passport, it's one of the few locations that do the pictures too. They called me the day before to cancel my appointment, and told me I could go to a walk in one...that was about 45 minutes away. And of course he just thought it was no big deal...it was a big deal, and delivering the package to the wrong location is also a big deal, one that cost hundreds of dollars is a very big mistake. It's by far the worst post office in the KC area....ya'll have been warned.
