They delivered a package to the wrong address, an expensive package that had to be signed for, and won't take responsibility for their mistake. They clearly did not look at the zip code...because we have lived here for over 20 years. So now we have to reach out to the seller because the post office stinks, and won’t help correct their mistake. I also had an appointment for to get a passport, it's one of the few locations that do the pictures too. They called me the day before to cancel my appointment, and told me I could go to a walk in one...that was about 45 minutes away. And of course he just thought it was no big deal...it was a big deal, and delivering the package to the wrong location is also a big deal, one that cost hundreds of dollars is a very big mistake. It's by far the worst post office in the KC area....ya'll have been warned.

I used click n ship to get a shipping label, which I had printed off at the post office. The attendant was very informative and friendly, and the service was quick.

They need more staff! The newer gentleman working up front is super nice and smiles. The passport services create super long lines for others.

Turned in passport here and had a great experience. Gentleman was very polite. Family in front of me had some mistakes in their form and he was very helpful and patient working through everything

I was really disappointed with my experience here. I came in as a walk-in needing help with a passport, and unfortunately, the gentleman I spoke with (passport agent or whatever you call them here) did not seem interested in assisting me. Instead of offering solutions, I was simply told I’d need to go to Chicago to get my passport. After leaving frustrated, I went to the Stilwell (19800 Metcalf Ave) post office—and the difference was night and day. The staff there were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to walk me through the process, answer my questions, and help me understand my options. If you need help with a passport or just want a more positive customer service experience in regards to passports, I highly recommend going to the Stilwell post office instead.
