  Kaji, Helped me with my Amazon returns not only helped he taught me how to do the return for me and chose ups store all by myself which is a learning process for me big thanks to him I can finally do my returns by myself and have not have to go to Whole Foods .

  Michael did an excellent job helping me to return an item from Amazon. There were several customers in the store and he handled the line quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

  Kaji helped me with a difficult transaction today. It was an Amazon return that was complicated. Michael assisted, also. I am very grateful for your employees that go "above and beyond," even when busy and assisting other customers at the same time. Both young men should be commended. Thank you, Dena.   I let the ups store employee type the address directly from a reference. He typed it wrong, and I didn't catch it. I can admit, I should have caught it. I got a notification from ups tracking that it was undeliverable since the address had a po box ( Was not told this would be an issue at the store). Tracking mentioned looking for better address after this. I attempted to call the store, who then said they could not do anything on their end as it was in ups corporate's hands and I would need to call a support number to talk directly to the ups dispatch office for the delivery myself and they could not assist. Called the support number and after being on hold for an hour, got through and had to have a ticket put in for dispatch to call at a later point. Dispatch called hours later saying that the store has to fix it on their end and regardless they wouldn't change to the correct address since it had a po box on the address and they could not service po boxes. I tried to just have them remove the po box, but they said since it was already being sent to a po box they couldnt change. Go to store to pick up and they confirm they should have handled it and did not know why I was directed to talk to dispatch. Asking me the name of the employee. I asked for refund since I was not informed that the po box would be an issue when they entered the address at point of shipping. They said dispatch was wrong and ups corporate and dispatch didn't know what they were doing and the store has done this often. I get not catching the employee's misspelling is on me, but the resolution and the information by the employees at the store made this an ordeal waiting hours on hold all to be told to talk back to the store as they were tbe actual people to talk to. Ups corporate/ dispatch and the store are saying each other is wrong and I could not get clear information. Im taking my package to usps so I can get it actually delivered. Admitting my not catching the misspelling, the instructions and/or training of employees here made this an ordeal where it could have been resolved or at least effectively communicated next steps at the store levels and not go call our dispatch and back end services and deal with the issues yourself.
