  I have called and called and it keeps saying for 4 days now that my package my first package has been on a truck with Jonathan since Friday and now it's Monday still not here a second package was supposed to be on the same truck with Jonathan and it is still not here. This is not acceptable. Maybe we need to report some fraud going on. The app nor the web page updates and no one calls back to investigate where my package is. Here we go again 3/6/26 my package has been out for delivery was supose to me delivered between 11 and 3.10 pm map tracking shows the ups truck on I 49 moving away from my town at 4.14 pm. I wnat my package. It was an expensive item. I will document if my item is stolen.

  To many packages coming through this facility are running late! Tracking doesn’t update like it should! I have a package that left Kansas City at 2:12 this morning and should’ve made it to Pittsburgh in plenty of time to have been on the truck today, but nope it’s not even checked in and tracking has an updated. It’s a good thing. I have nothing else to do but sit around and wait for them all day.

  Packages always go missing here. They are always high dollar shoes or clothing. Someone is obviously stealing them, because this is the only facility this happens at and has happened numerous times. I’m reaching out to corporate and going to get this looked into. 4 packages over a 6 month span have showed up to FedEx in Pittsburg KS and then disappear.

  I have been waiting on a package for a week that continues to say it’s out for delivery. Then when it doesn’t arrive and I check the status, it tells me they attempted to deliver but nobody was home. I work from home and when I’m not home packages have been left on my doorstep before with no issues except the one that was left on a windy day and blew off. They should have a status that says we are incompetent and can’t find your house. Do better Fedx!!! I’ve needed these items for my grandson and am thankful it’s not life or death medication.🤬
