- KWKaren WoodOct 21, 20253.0This store is fine. I’ve been coming here for years. As of late, say 2025, they are far less friendly and less complete with their service. For instance, I ordered a number of copies of a multi page file that was clearly a pamphlet. The clerk simply handed me the pile of copies. They didn’t ask if I wanted it stapled or bound, she just handed them to me and there’s just a level of disdain that I feel when I walk in there. It’s great to be able to take Amazon packages there and I appreciate having a place to print nice copies in town, but I sure wish they would work on their customer service.

I called the day before to let them know we were going to be there at 8am, I repeated the time 3 times so they wouldn’t be surprised when we came in to get something notarized. The person helping us, the owner, acted like we were the biggest inconvenience, she kept answering the phone while we were in the middle of our transaction and helping the people on the phone rather than finishing our transaction first. She argued with us that she could not use our temporary licenses, stating they were a paper copy when they were the temporary licenses issued by the DMV and was just overall rude. If it was going to be an issue to notarize something that early, it should have been communicated to us when I called rather than treating us like an inconvenience. We will not be using them for our shipping services in the future.
