  There is only one Staples store in the KC area now. There used to be three store locations in KC.. It's a nice store and has a lot to offer in the way of computers, printers, and office furniture. The in-store location does not have the selection of printer ink that they once had. It's easier to buy from the store online, because they have more of a selection online. But then you still have to go back to the store if you want any credits for your recycling of ink cartridges.

  Wouldn't waste your time. That's all I done is spend my gas money and time driving to and from and have personally had a terrible experience. Would order from elsewhere online.

  Nayeli is so kind and incredible! My Amazon package was too large for the free return, but she nicely directed me to the self print station and told me how to get my return on the road! That said, the older gentleman that was working with Nayeli (3/31 at approx 2 pm) in the shipping center was super abrasive and immediately began lecturing me on Amazon’s policies as soon as I entered the store. Please try to be nicer to people, we’re all just trying our best :) That said, Nayeli rocks, I’d give her 5 stars

  I travel frequently so finally decided to get tsa precheck after nearly missing my international flight for my birthday & with trips upcoming/government issues, why not. I began my application online, thought I’d come in to finish. Nowhere does it state online that there’s no appointments on the weekends. It state walk ins. I came to check out the process nonetheless. There’s three staff present upfront. Nobody greets me :). As I walk closer to the tsa precheck stations, a staff sees me. I tell her why I’m there after she stares at me. She then states “oh he doesn’t take appointments on weekends”. I say oh ok thank you. She doesn’t say you’re welcome, provide me any further information or tell me what documents to make sure I have lol. I literally have problems everywhere I go & I don’t even look my best today. Yikes! I will be going back however because I refuse to deal with figuring out the process at the airport. But, please the staff is rude. I didn’t deserve that….. I didn’t do anything I will not change my review because of my initial experience but I did come here & go to my appointment as planned. I still was not greeted, with staff at counter ;)

  Awful. manager not helpful. Waiting for 10 minutes. No one came to help. I left. Awful experience for me . One star is too much.
