  Scout deserves a raise. They had multiple customers handled at one time, all with different issues but was able to handle them all with professional ease. Made many stressful experiences into positive ones!

  I arranged to have a vehicle large enough to bring a package to FedEx as a return. Two days later (living a 2min walk away) the very same package was delivered back to me. The return label was not placed over the original shipping label. I have spent 4 days now asking this office to drive across the street to pick up this large package. I called and spoke with someone and I was told the assistant manager, Scout, would be in within an hour and to call back. I asked when he would arrive so I can make the call at that time instead of going through all the prompts and calling too early. I was told they cannot make an outbound call for privacy issues. I called Scout and I was told there is nothing they can do about it. I was informed I could call the 1-800 customer service number and maybe they can help. So I spent another 45minutes going through an entire claims process only for them to 'open an investigation' to determined what happened- even though I told them exactly what happened. I had a certain time window for this return and had expected my refund last week (it's been a week now since I dropped it off at this location) and now I'm not even sure I'll be eligible for my refund. Scout told me two days ago to call today (Monday) to speak with the manager. I called and they told me to call in an hour to speak with Scout because the manager called in sick and they did not know if she would be in tomorrow. I called an hour later to speak to Scout and he told me to call back tomorrow because the manager would be there 'in the afternoon'. When I asked to confirm the store manager would be there he said she would and to call back. That's when I advised him that his associate said she may not be in tomorrow. Scout then changed his phrasing to say, "To my knowledge she will be in tomorrow afternoon". I asked when she would be in so that I could catch her when she was in the office and I was again told that for safety reasons he cannot tell me when she will be in but then turned around and provided her name because apparently there is no safety concern with someone's name and gender pronoun.

  Love this FedEx location. Just dropped off four fairly heavy boxes to return. Graham saw that I took a hand cart so he ran outside, unloaded and stacked my boxes, then wheeled them in and quickly handed my receipt to me. Fastest return ever. I have found other employees at this location are kind and helpful. Recommend!
