I watched her snip at an older gentleman two spots in line ahead of me, and when I asked her a question about self canceling, she looked at me like I was incompetent. I understand this location is busy, but it’s easy to move quick while also treating people with respect (as someone who works in healthcare). Also decided to leave this review after usps lost my $88 order of stamps in the mail and refusing to refund.

The post office then called, left a confusing voicemail, couldn’t even say my name correctly, and hung up when I called back. After all that, they admitted they could not locate the package. So USPS falsely scans items as delivered, loses them, communicates poorly, and takes zero responsibility. This isn’t bad luck—this is incompetence. If they can’t handle the most basic task of delivering mail, that’s a serious problem.
