I'll tell you why .. this post office is garbage. I have had so many issues with mail not coming on time or sometimes ever. There are actually way too many to even try to itemize. Please somebody important take notice and turn this around for the sake of all of us who don't have a choice but to get our mail from here. I miss the days where the post office position was actually a position of pride.

All this despite having informed delivery notices each days showing I should have received 16 pieces of mail in the last 5 days! I have received 4 pieces of mail. I am missing a US treasury check, a letter from Federal Workrers Medical program and a rebate check of $50 today. They are not singling me out. At the very least it is 2 or more blocks of my neighborhood. I have made numerous complaints via Usps website with nothing but lies and false promises. Oh and the same form letter via email 3 times! Unfortunately not all communication can be handled digitally. Believe me I wish it could.
