I went in to get a passport, they were at first friendly and helpful. Then I went in a few days later and asked a question about the shipping because it was super confusing. They made me feel super stupid and it was embarrassing because people were also staring. Don't know the lady's name but the guy was named Paul I believe.

My experience at this post office has been dismal. Each time I’ve been there, staff members have made me feel stupid for asking for help to ship things. The staff is rarely friendly or helpful.

Manager Diana accused me of being rude to the Postal Service worker because I asked if they could waive the fee they’re charging me for having a forwarded address after waiting 11 days with no update on the USPS tracking website. DeAnna said the maximum amount of time for forwarding is 10 days. When I mentioned that it was 11 days, she switched gears and said that it could be longer than the maximum and that no fees would be waived; and that I was rude to the woman I spoke with when I asked if I could speak with management to discuss the almost 2 week. Wait after another post office advised me that there was an error Nguyen forwarding the address. She then said she can look into where the holdup was, and then asked me if I still wanted my package as she handed it out and when I went to take it, she pulled it back and said in a very authoritarian disposition “ excuse me don’t grab anything out of my hands. “ I advise her that she asked me if I wanted it and held it out so I went to take it. She said that she didn’t care and that I can’t take the package until it’s been paid for. I said that maybe it would be appropriate if you didn’t hand it to me and asked me if I wanted it with the assumption being made that I was to take it. I asked her how I was being perceived as rude when I asked the front desk if a fee could be waived from the long wait and she would not answer me and kept asking me if I wanted my package or not. Very unprofessional.
