- NHNatosha HallingDec 12, 20255.0My first time at this office, December 11. It was a convenient stop for my friend and me to do our Christmas shipping after lunch. We were so glad we happened on this location, because the gentleman who assisted us was so kind! This is a small office, but there was a steady stream of customers, with very short wait times. The gentleman was so patient, helping us pick out the right stamps for our needs, the preferred shipping speed for the packages, and even worked to not cover up the Christmas stickers on my box! :) Best USPS experience I’ve had in a long time, so much so that I might go back out of my way to use this location again! I wish I had caught the gentleman‘s name. He is a true professional, and I hope he has the best of holidays!
- CCChris CarverSep 4, 20251.0Employee Tom couldn't answer my question as to why my shipment still say lable created but needs dropped at carrier. 1 Google search showed me it was human error and they never scanned my priority packages. claims they are gone from this location. 1 is a week since shipped and I had to file a missing mail report. Just mailed one 2 days ago that is still saying the same. hard to believe I have had packages go to Oregon and N Dakota without being scanned once!!!!! I will never drop packages off without a receipt again!!!!! cover your bites folks they will screw you over!!!!!
