2 stars because I enjoyed the person I was working with at the actual office. My mail carrier seems to be some grouchy rude person who clearly needs to look for a different job. Why are you leaving a passive aggressive not like this in my mailbox? Instead of writing these notes you could’ve been doing your job which you seemed to have a problem with doing. Long story short I was out of town for a while and expected the roommate to gather all the mail. Clearly she didn’t and I was not given any notice of a security hold until I came back and saw all my mail was completely gone so I went to this post office (based on my location). Apparently this mail carrier had the option to have my mail held at the post office but instead chose to be a very difficult and nasty person by sending all mail to sender. Being unnecessarily rude or petty will never get you far in life!!

Hate rating the place so low because their employees really are nice... What few of them they have at this location but I've never in my life had so many issues at the same post office. I'm a fairly avid eBayer with an above average amount of packages coming in and even more going out. This location has a very convenient 24 hours package drop off but the problem is I've had 3 packages in about a 15 month span just vanish. Money out of my pocket. Also have had packages going out and coming in that just seem to sit at this location for days according to the tracking info. Also have had multiple notices left for me in my mailbox stating i have a package to pickup just for them to not have a clue when i get there. Also have had packages waiting there so long that they've called me to pickup and I've never once gotten a notice left in my mailbox. Everytime i schedule a pickup from my residence online like I've done at every other location I've ever lived, they always call and cancel, say the service isn't available, or simply just won't pickup my packages without a word mentioned. Honestly this location sucks. Like i stated previously my guess is it's not the staff, as they always try to be helpful and are nice about it, i just think it's the lack of staff at this location... Odd seeing how they run in the wealthiest city in the entire state. Really a one star experience overall but will rate two stars due to friendly, attempting to be helpful staff... Except the actual lady that delivers my route. She's kinda a complete b at times frfr
