  The absolute worst. Do not bother taking out any type of insurance. They will ignore you and tell you that UPS Corporate and the franchise stores are separate. You pay for insurance. Jump through 50 hoops provide everything they ask and they deny you without any reason. I am now forced after 6 months to file a complaint with the insurance commissioner and DOT. Probably will have to sue them. This is fraud. The tactic is clear. Wear you out requesting endless information and drag it out so long you give up. Ship FedEx. Stay away from this store and company. I have been a customer for over 25 years. Very disappointed!

  This is hands down the best UPS store I have been in, and I make sure this is one I always use. The staff is always friendly & helpful. (They have even helped me carry in boxes from my car!). They are great at multi-tasking, and do everything they can do shorten the wait and 'keep the line moving'. I would give it more than 5 stars, if I could :-)
