    Arrived at 430pm well before the close time of TSA Precheck. Was told they would not be able to help me. Pointed at a sign that states the hours of till 5pm! Still would not help! Terrible customer service!!!! Staples do better!

    That was easy! I went to Staples for TSA PreCheck as the place I was directed to on the TSA website (Test Smartly) had a downed system for a week and couldn't do anything. Staples has the very best employee, Aaron. He made the process enjoyable and fast. He was excellent at making sure every person in line was acknowledged and welcomed. Just go to Staples for TSA PreCheck. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. Seriously a really great experience!

    I stopped by this Staples location to have something printed and laminated, and Megan — the manager of Printing and Marketing — was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was professional, kind, and made me feel like a priority from start to finish. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I truly appreciate her excellent service and will definitely be back!
