  I just walked out of this store disgusted. I went in to get some books spiral bound. As the only person in line at the print counter, and waiting more than 5 minutes for one of the two employees at the counter to acknowledge me, I asked if they did spiral bounding. Without even looking at me from whatever he was doing on the computer, he was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience and should feel bad I interrupted him. This on top of the store being filthy! Place looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. Glad to know where NOT to go in the future.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at this Staples location were extremely rude, including the employee handling Amazon returns. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing to recycle toner cartridges and complete an Amazon return, and were met with irritated looks and rude, unprofessional communication. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store for shopping or Amazon returns.

  Worst experience ever ! Worst customer service ever! I don’t work there so we have no clue where to go to pick up order it’s your basic business to tell me where and you don’t have to be rude about it as I don’t have any common sense People are so unfriendly and so rude giving looks and being weird. I went to get a copy of a doc. I preordered it but they were so rude abt everything. The old man at the printing desk was behaving as if he’s doing a favour getting up from his desk. The man gave me looks and was very very rude when the exit door which is supposed to be “exit” wasn’t working and I asked them what’s happening here that man sarcastically nodded his head as if it’s all my fault ! Printing was so good but very negative attitude towards customers. This was my first time there and I would never ever go at this store again

  Shirley at Staples was amazing! I was overwhelmed trying to choose a printer, but she was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole decision easy and stress-free. Her customer service, authenticity, and guidance gave me so much confidence in my purchase. Staples is soooo lucky to have her!

  Awful. Turns out that they have an unbendable return policy that cuts off the ability to exchange the wrong model of unopened printer cartridges that I bought more than 2 weeks ago for the right one. I'll NEVER buy anything from Staples again!
