  This is my first time shipping with DHL. I have never had such incredible service. I called ahead to make sure I was going to the right place to ship my return. I didn’t get an answer so I hung up without leaving a voicemail. THEY CALLED ME BACK RIGHT AWAY. That was soooo nice and unexpected! They talked me through what I needed to bring and I headed off. When I arrived 2 different people greeted me and started helping me right away. They did all of the packaging for me and even gave me an envelope for free. It took minutes and once I was all set I saw them treat the next person with all of the same kindness even helping them bring something in from their car. It was the most human experience I’ve had at a place of business like this in a long long time. I would definitely recommend.

  Jessy was amazing and her co worker also were very frindley and amazing I went there on Friday last minute and the guy was leaving to the airport but they waited for my package so he can take it same day instead of waiting until Monday .best location best services for sure .

  This is my first time shipping from this location. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Logan. He was very helpful. Will recommend this location for your next shipment. Ok, it is 3/13/2026, I sent a package to Nigeria on 03/10/2026 and it is delivered already! DHL delivers to Nigeria in 3 days, are you kidding me!!!! Forget the 5 letter and the other 3 letter shipper, just think DHL!

  Sent a gift to my uncle from this location. And not only is the process of sending quick and easy, but so is the delivery process too. The 2 people that helped us were so nice and it absolutely made my day. Didn’t catch their names but really amazing people. Come here for quality service!
