  I had a great experience at DHL thanks to the lady who assisted us. She was extremely kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. Her customer service really stood out, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping us. It’s not often you come across that level of service, and it made a big difference. Highly recommend this location, and a big thank you to her for the excellent service!

  This is my first time shipping with DHL. I have never had such incredible service. I called ahead to make sure I was going to the right place to ship my return. I didn’t get an answer so I hung up without leaving a voicemail. THEY CALLED ME BACK RIGHT AWAY. That was soooo nice and unexpected! They talked me through what I needed to bring and I headed off. When I arrived 2 different people greeted me and started helping me right away. They did all of the packaging for me and even gave me an envelope for free. It took minutes and once I was all set I saw them treat the next person with all of the same kindness even helping them bring something in from their car. It was the most human experience I’ve had at a place of business like this in a long long time. I would definitely recommend.
