- DCDayne Clary5 days ago1.0You guys are literally the worst. I had a package that was supposed to go to kansas land in lax, go all the way to Olathe, then out to Texas. Make that make sense. I've been waiting a month for this. Don't think this is necessarily on the ottawa location

Was supposed to be called back by an agent, that call was never made, the case was closed. Packages ship all over the place around you before finally getting to the final post office to get delivered. Tracking is non-existent.
