Terrible service. Orders are almost NEVER delivered in under 5 days. Despite the, "1-3 day (not guaranteed)" (no duh..) my packages are almost always a full week or 2 week shipping if I'm so lucky that my package isn't lost or stuck at the KCK distribution center for a weeks. And that's for products being delivered from neighboring states a days drive away.. 6-10 business day 'processing' for 1 day of actual driving it to the destination. Insane. Even better, items get shipped to the USPS 10 minutes from my house on the stated delivery day, then get driven an hour away to the KCK distribution center where they sit for upwards of a week before eventually getting delivered. I routinely have packages with tracking that are never scanned. I could go one. Why anyone still uses USPS in an attempt to save a few bucks.. IDK. It's definitely costing you in frustration. From now on I'm demanding stores ship through UPS or FEDEX, just not USPS for the love of god.

I don’t know how many times I’ve contacted USPS customer service about this, but the issue continues. The local carrier repeatedly forces packages into a mail slot that is clearly intended for envelopes only. This makes the packages extremely difficult—sometimes impossible—to remove without damaging them or the mailbox. Just because it’s easy from the delivery side doesn’t mean it’s practical or reasonable for the recipient. This is a basic common-sense issue. The Olathe location on 138th Street seriously needs better training or management, because nothing has changed despite repeated complaints.

My package has literally been sitting at their facility for 5 DAYS and it went past the delivery date and now there's no date at all and the package is in limbo. I live 10 minutes away. I have no idea how you can let a package sit 10 minutes away for 5 days. Plus, I always find my cards and letters opened by the driver. This is so insanely illegal and it happens all the time to my letters that look like they might contain cash. The most incompetent post office ever.

Why is the usps still a thing. Literally the worst service. Packages just sit for days in town before they get delivered. If the government is going to shut something down just shut down the postal service.
