Jenny was friendly but the other dude in the stained shirt and no name tag was kind of off putting and started the whole interaction with the classic gen z stare. Not my favorite experience I feel bad for Jenny.

She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with my package. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about good customer service these days, but this employee definitely does. I really appreciated her positive attitude and patience helping me fax my papers since now a days we dont use fax like the old days.😅
