- TGTania GalindezDec 10, 20251.0The customer service has been disappointing. Where I currently live, USPS mail is not delivered to my residence, so we pay for a PO Box. Unfortunately, the address is often not recognized, and when it is, packages frequently go missing or are returned to me marked “Incomplete Address.” As the wife of a United States military member, I have lived in several states, and this is the first time I have experienced such persistent issues with mail delivery. To make matters worse, the customer service provided over the phone has been equally unsatisfactory.

They even accept my service dog and not once complained (and no I don't hide him, he's a great dane after all lol) been much more pleasant than some of the other post offices I've been to.
