One of my packages was delayed, and on the day it was supposed to arrive, they neither knocked on my door nor was it in my mailbox. When I complained, the staff was rude, made me feel ridiculous, and even mocked me; they were completely unempathetic, impatient, and unhelpful. They even insinuated that I had stolen my own package. They suggested that I pick up a second package myself at the office, and the manager promised to call me when it arrived and to look into what had happened with the first package. However, I never received a call and had to go to the office personally to pick it up. Finally, the first package turned up in a completely different mailbox, the result of a delivery error, and no one took responsibility for the mistake, not even offering an apology. Overall, the staff’s behavior was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I felt powerless and completely ignored. I would not recommend this service and will definitely not use it again. It’s better to go with reliable options like Amazon.
- HKHeather KierMar 11, 20241.0Don’t appreciate the way I was talked to about my dog, I understand why they would want me to leash my dog or keep her inside whilst the delivery is happening, but to speed into my driveway and threaten to sue over a hypothetical seems like a bit much. This and trying to say that my dog (who’s very clearly a black lab) is a pitbull in order to further victimize herself is a big reach.

The postal clerk even put a little extra tape on my packages. Though it is quite small it had a nice selection of Hallmark cards. Squeaky clean and it had the wonderful post office aroma (stamp glue). Cool old building houses the office.
