The majority of my packages are never accessible, despite the tracking number confirming delivery. If the item is too large for the collection box, I never get a notice in my P.O. box alerting me to the fact. I understand that the hours at this location are not fixed by the employees so I cannot expect them to be there late but there have been several times I’m not even notified of my packages arrival.
