  Worker was nice but for some reason they were charging EXTRA for printing off a label. Every other ups store in the area is $1 while this place is $3… explain bub…

  Staff member, Alex, was leaning on the counter using his personal cell phone when I walked in and did not acknowledge me. No one else was in the store. I asked if they had a scanning machine for my Amazon returns, as I was new to this location. He did not look up from the counter or acknowledge my question. So I approached the counter and put my things down, while pulling up the QR codes for scanning. At that point, he told me that the original packaging of the top item would require additional bagging. A gentleman came in the store behind me and was looking at his phone for his return label. Alex looked right at him, acknowledged him and told me that he would be assisting the next in line until I bagged to my item. The gentleman told me he was looking for his code and to go right ahead. I told Alex I had my QR codes pulled up, if he would like to scan them while I bagged. He said he would not be assisting me at all until the top item was bagged. I said ok, and went to the opposite counter for a bag, at which point Alex was muttering under his breath. I said, “You know what, nevermind , I will go to the UPS store in Prairie Village. Thank you anyway. What was your name?” He had no name tag, but he said his name was Alex. The copier is out of order, there is trash on the floor, the counters are haphazardly arranged and dirty. I would go to the PV location if you need the UPS store or choose an alternative business altogether! Including a picture of what my items look like so you know the level of care I took before attempting to patronize this location!

  This location has pretty bad parking and the store is pretty small for the volume of customers they have. The staff also always seem frustrated, they need additional help. I have never had them mishandle a package though.

  These are the nicest employees you can find at the busiest UPS store I’ve ever seen. They have hundreds of Amazon returns daily to which they get little to no benefit yet they are always kind and cheerful and very helpful with my OWN Amazon returns. When I shipped 2 packages of my own they hurried thru payment so I could get my pkgs on the truck outside the door right then. My pkgs arrived in less than 24 hours even with regular service. They work tirelessly there. I’m there a lot!
