And the rude lady at the front had the audacity to make it seem like it was my fault for not coming in sooner... so sorry I have a job that doesn't let me leave as easily and that my work hours suck, only time off I have is Sundays, which is unhelpful because guess what they're closed sunday! Lady made a smart remark about how" if it had been 'her' package..." I dont normally review anything much less a bad review but this was too much.

When there is an issue, they give you fake websites to file claims. How does a tracked package just disappear? Answer: It doesn't. Honestly, I'll just hand deliver anything I need shipped. These people are the worst.

Not really sure how that would happen considering I have been here waiting at the door ALL DAY. I saw a mail van pull in but they made absolutely ZERO attempt to deliver the package. Not sure if they even got out of the van. I have been here the whole time waiting at the door so if they “ attempted delivery” I would have known.
