- VUvictoria urietaJul 8, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The associate, Marissa, made me feel completely unwelcome from the moment I walked in. She didn’t acknowledge me at all, and it was obvious I wasn’t as important as the other customers. What made it worse was that when another customer walked in shortly after, they were immediately greeted with a smile and assistance. The difference in treatment was hard to ignore—it felt personal, as if I just wasn’t her “cup of tea.” Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially at a public service institution. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I won’t be returning to this location if I can help it.
