Chip and team should run all customer service things in the world. I had a large difficult ship order and was shamed and refused service across the street at the FedEx and when I called Chip he was super chill and said they were happy to help. I will legit only be using UPS to ship moving forward.

Worst UPS store I've ever visited. Store appears run-down, understaffed and disfunctional.
I arrived at 4:15pm on 11/13 to have some documents printed, notarized and scanned. All the basic services of a UPS store, right? Wrong. I was informed the notary only works 11:00am-4:00pm, so the notary service was unavailable. I decided to return the following day.
I arrived on 11/14 at 11:50pm. Good news - the notary was there, along with another employee. There was one other person in the store being helped by the other employee. I told them what I needed and they said they do not have the ability to scan at the moment because their scanner is down. I said ok, I would just go to the fedex store across the street to scan them.
Moved to the notary portion and some of my notarizations required a witness. The notary said they're store policy is that they cannot use their additional employee as a witness due to the fact that they are the busiest UPS store in the state of Kansas and I needed to bring my own witness. What? There was literally one other person in the store!
I am traveling and working alone in Mission, KS. The UPS store is usually my go-to for getting these things done when I'm away from my office. I don't have someone in town to be a witness and have never had this problem at any other UPS store location.
If you're looking to toss an Amazon return at them, this may be an ok option, but for any other services, you'll be better served somewhere else.

Can't do half stars. I was in there today, twice, first time was a mistake with Amazon not getting me the correct labels for returns, I got that rectified, then went back in to do the return, but was informed that Amazon lied to me and still had incorrect return information, all while being very condescending, and that by the 3 employees I dealt with.

Was shamed for having Amazon returns. Totally ridiculous. I will never understand people getting mad about having to do their job. All he did was scan my barcode and throw my already packaged items into a box. He actually told me that I need to go to the store if I want to shop! I work 16 hour night shifts. I have to shop for the things I need on my short breaks. I barely find time to return the things that need to be returned. We are all just trying to make it in this world. A little kindness goes a long way!

Similar experience to Andrea Boswell Burns. Disrespectful younger man with shaggy hair refused an Amazon return. Have mainly used Fed Ex up the street, now they are my only choice in that area. Are these people for real? Uneducated serving educated customers primarily but THEY are on a power trip. Stay away from this place!
