  FedEx was having issues this week with ground and express pickups due to their new system not working as smoothly as they'd hoped. I had a customer that needed a rush order by the 4th or 5th for an event on the 6th, since it was a two day transit, I was able to get it done on Monday, the 2nd. FedEx did not pick up from my office that day or the next. Because of this, we dropped the box off at this FedEx location before 5p on Tuesday in hopes that it would at least get there on the 5th. However, I came to find out on the same day we thought it would be delivered, that FedEx Ground had not been by to pick up packages from this location either so my package was still there. Since my customer needed it the next day, I called to confirm that it was likely still there and request that I could bring an updated label for overnight shipping. The office manager, Dominic was WONDERFUL. He told me he would keep an eye out for my package. He asked me the dimensions and who it was going to and the tracking number and even looked up the logo of our website before I arrived so that he could identify the box easily for me. He didn't promise anything, simply that he would be happy to place the label on the box for me if it was found when the driver came. A couple of hours later, the driver arrived and Dominic kindly called me to let me know that they had found my box and that he was able to place the new label on it. This whole ordeal was so stressful for me as I was worried about my customer's event, and Dominic's generosity of his time and help made it so much better. Dominic, thank you SO much for your help!! My customer will be thrilled to receive his package on time. Wonderful customer service!

  I LOVE this location. The staff is wonderful, very helpful, kind, and professional. Adam went over and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. This location is also clean and easy to find.

  Never Again will I use Fed-Ex! I was unloading my car and the Fed-Ex driver zoomed past me. I then heard this man CUSS ME! He was mad because I Took ‘his’ parking spot. I told him that he didn’t have to swear at me and he called me a ‘B’. He then heard some words of my own and called me the ‘C’ word. You read that right. It took four calls to FedEx to get a callback from a manager, the customer service people I spoke with, had more compassion and apologized more than this manager did. He said that the drivers manager would be contacted. I thought for sure he would lose his job, nope, he’s driving today. Maybe I’m being impatient and maybe he will lose his job. In the world where nobody knows what anybody else is going to do, why would you speak to a potential customer that way in your work uniform and truck? Myself, nor any family or friends will ever use FedEx again. I’ve contacted two business owners and explained the situation and they will no longer use FedEx. Shall I keep going?
