Had dog food delivered from Amazon who uses the post office as the final carrier. The carrier attempted to deliver but the parcel was oversized or mailbox full. Well, yeah! It’s a huge bag of dog food! I recommend just having a PO Box and send packages to a self service option instead. I know it’s a small branch and they probably need more help!

Stuff packages in my mailbox that shouldn't be, and then when its something that can go in the mailbox, they don't deliver it. My specific mail carrier is rude and not dependable at all. I would gi e zero starts if possible. *Edit* This is absolutely incredible. I there were a way to rate with negative stars I would. I had a package supposed to be delivered yesterday, April 27,2025. That's a Sunday so I knew that wasn't going to happen. After checking on my package via Amazon, it states they "tried to deliver yesterday but couldn't" that's a complete lie because it didn't leave Holton until this morning. Fire them all and shut it down. It's mail, not rocket science!!! Absolutely pitiful!
