- MYMegan YemApr 28, 20265.0Sometimes I have to wait in line a little bit longer to do an Amazon return, but overall they are actually pretty fast. Most of the staff is friendly. The store is clean. They typically have everything well stocked. The parking lot can be a little busy just depending on what time of day you go, but normally you can find parking right up front.

It took 3 people to perform the transaction because only the manager knew enough about what to do to be able to guess at what he didn't know. And the address that they gave us really doesn't work on everything. We usually get an error message telling us that the address is not a valid address. So $195 half wasted.

Even though it was technically not an official UPS tracking number Jessica took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and very clearly explained the next steps that I should take once she figured out what was happening with the package. I believe Jessica went well above and beyond what she was supposed to do to figure this out for me. Thank you Jessica for being an incredible employee and taking time to help out.
