I had to return to sender four packages. Lady employee was very knowledgeable, friendly and quite efficient. Post office is a nice, clean facility with short wait times.

My apartment complex has been having a terrible time with the carriers from this post office and packages and mail being delivered to the correct box. I was supposed to have a highly sensitive medication delivered to me on Oct 18, 2025 and it is no where to be found. it was marked delivered by the carrier. I have filed a complaint with USPS and have been trying to contact this location by phone and no one is picking up!!!!

Shannon was extremely rude, dismissive, and not helpful. I saw a review that said help desk and customer service were poor and don’t listen to your problem because they don’t have a solution. I 100% agree with that review!!! As someone who works in customer service, etiquette REALLY needs to be worked on here. Even if there is no solution, there are much better ways to handle it. So horrified that this is a mail service we are supposed to use. Shannon should NOT be in ANY TYPE of customer service position or in any position to work on problems. horrible horrible service, I have never even written a review but that is HOW BAD MY EXPERIENCE WAS!!!!

After being asked to stop delivering mail that's not ours three times now. They still deliver the wrong mail. They put notes in your mail box and sometimes on your windshield which I find to be littering on my car. The notes tell you to park elsewhere or they won't deliver your mail. Our neighborhood has parking on only one side of the street. It is legal to park there because there are no signs prohibiting it. Also I have multiple recorded events of mail being delivered while the car is parked within 30 feet of the mailbox... It is very possible to deliver the mail without leaving the postal vehicle. I have made very basic requests and they have been ignored. I would appreciate it if the only mail carrier I had as an option would at least take the 5 people who don't live here off our route. Then I suppose they can take my legal street parking. For another point to really drill this in, if mailboxes make street parking illegal there should be signs telly you not to park there, and mail comes at a drastically different time each day, often hours different, so it's not like I can move the car down the block go for a walk and move it back. The US Mail service is terrible and I do not have another option. The United States Postal Service has a legal monopoly on the delivery of certain types of paper mail. This is due to a mandate from Congress that requires the USPS to provide universal service at a uniform price to all Americans, regardless of location. The monopoly on letters and access to mailboxes helps the USPS generate revenue to support this public service, including delivery to remote or less profitable areas.
