I saw a review that said help desk and customer service were poor and don’t listen to your problem because they don’t have a solution. I 100% agree with that review!!! As someone who works in customer service, etiquette REALLY needs to be worked on here. Even if there is no solution, there are much better ways to handle it. So horrified that this is a mail service we are supposed to use. Shannon should NOT be in ANY TYPE of customer service position or in any position to work on problems. horrible horrible service, I have never even written a review but that is HOW BAD MY EXPERIENCE WAS!!!!
