  I had bought a ball python offline and had it shipped here and when the lady had brought the box out she had slammed it on the table even though the box says “fragile live animal” on the box. Clearly didn’t read or just didn’t care because it was a snake. Absolutely unacceptable either way.

  Poor Package Handling - Large package clearly marked “Fragile” and “This Side Up” was placed upside down on driveway in Manhattan, KS. There were handles on the top sides so the package had to purposefully be placed in the wrong position. The website to contact FecEx is difficult to maneuver, resulting in filing a complaint just to speak to a representative, not located in Manhattan, KS.
