A person behind me in line wanted to scan one single page of paper and she had to wait for me to be done, which took 15 minutes. He could have just waved her towards the nearest scanner, but no, he doesn't have the slightest bit of imagination. While I was filling out paperwork I saw him actually reading my private correspondence that he found in the package I was sending overseas. This is beyond me! The concept of customer service is relatively new to Manhattan, Kansas, but it is yet to be discovered in this store. And, please don't read other people's letters, ok? Because this place is slow and unfriendly and the local post office is crowded, I recommend driving to the post office in Ogden.
