- GGGrant GardenFeb 10, 20263.0Until recently I could trust that if I dropped off a prepaid package that it would be always scanned in before close of business. I’m now forced to lengthen the line for others in order to wait to watch them scan it myself because apparently scanning prepaid packages is no longer required 100% of the time. I’ve had them disappear into the ether without a single scan for up to 4 days. And without a scan, the post office can claim they never had my package and deny reimbursement. Unnecessary and leads to longer wait times for everyone sadly. I could understand this during the Christmas rush, but it’s happening in February now.

- VBVicki Lucero BastilleJan 6, 20261.0The short white lady with blonde hair says she can deny my mail. Yet sometimes I do have it delivered without the PO Box on it. I wrote a letter to the PostMaster and the office of the Inspector General so I guess we will see if she is actually following the law or if she is just picking and choosing who she delivers to. I believe it is the later and I am not someone who sits around and waits for things to get taken care of in their own. She is denying mail from USPS and other government agencies. She denied mail from my employer when it clearly has the PO BOX listed and I have proof which I provided to both this post office and the OIG. I worry she is doing this not just to me but to other people who are probably scared to advocate for themselves and aren’t sure how to fix it. So I’m doing all I can to fix this for myself and hopefully for others if she continue to do this.
