- APAshley Passolt2 days ago3.0I went here to verify my change of address in person with a barcode, but did not bring my ID, so I have to go back. It used to be that the now $1.25 fee paid online with a personal debit card verified the change of address. Oh well. The customer service was friendly enough and there was no wait. It is kind of off the beaten path with no sidewalks to traverse Europe from the local neighborhoods.

- MTMarissa TaylorMar 6, 20262.0Be careful who hand postmarks your letters!! I mailed a few of my wedding invitations today and asked for them to be hand-canceled due to the wax seals on the back. James proceeded to tell me that there would be an extra, non-machinable charge for each envelope (see attached picture) because they couldn't go through the [postmarking] machine. I tried to explain that that's exactly why I wanted to get them postmarked by hand, and that per the website, hand-canceling letters is free. He still proceeded to print the mailing labels, put them on the envelopes, hand-stamp them, and charged me anyway. I am really glad I decided to mail the bulk of my other invitations on a Wednesday morning. I was helped by a sweet, dark-haired lady (wish I could remember her name). She was patient and completely unfazed at individually stamping 75 envelopes, and I wasn’t charged a dime. I generally don't have any issues mailing letters or packages, but this interaction was really annoying.
