  I rarely leave negative reviews but my experience with this company was disappointing and dangerous. On April 27th at around 2:20 PM, the guys arrived to install a washer and dryer, and the following issues occurred. 1. Fire hazard due to faulty installation: While plugging the dryer into the outlet, the vent caught fire immediately. Although I had a professional home inspection just a month ago with no electrical issues reported in the laundry area I called a certified electrician today to be sure. They confirmed that the fire was caused by a wiring error during the dryer installation, not a fault in the houses electrical system. 2. Incorrect water line connection: As you can refer the video I added the connection of the hot and cold water pipes to the washer in reverse.

  Was told I would get a call the day before. When I called them, they said they would call back...they didn't. Called again three hours later. Gave me a window of 7AM-7PM...not the 4 hour window I was told...At 7 AM was texted 3 times it would be from 7AM-11AM and I would get a text 30 min before they got there. Received a text it was delayed...at 11 my mom call to say they were at my house...no warning at all. The men were very nice, but this process has been a cluster!!! Not impressed at all!

  We bought two recliners from IKEA and they used RXO to deliver them to us. RXO was great. They kept us informed exactly on what was happening with the shipment, the two young men who delivered it were professional, courteous and friendly and brought the boxes into the room we wanted to use to set the recliners.
