I waited over 30 minutes at the counter while someone was supposedly looking for my package, only for him to come out and tell me it was “in too big of a pile for him to continue to sort through today” … I was forced to give them my phone number “while they looked for it” then forced to leave the building. It’s been 3 days, they’ve never called me with any updates and any time I try to call them the phone rings and rings and rings for 2+ minutes with no one ever actually answering. This USPS needs to get their stuff together, this is the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere.

Some days the kiosk will be operational but the bins closed! This place sucks!!! Just close the place down if you cannot provide a quickly and consistent service. This specific building and its manager should be absolutely ashamed. This drags down the reputation quality of usps as a whole. No wonder everyone hates usps now. Get real usps Lenexa.
