  5 ⭐️ For Devin and his design services. He was quick at responding and great about working with me and all my changes and little tweaks to get the look I wanted. Super nice and easy to work with and had great design ideas. My cards would be super boring on the back without his creative input. The actual product I would give 3 ⭐️. The cutting of the business cards were way off, nullifying my careful placement and size reduction of my logo and the arrangement on the back. The formatting also didn’t seem to be aligned between the proof I was sent and the actual printer. Things didn’t quite line up like they did in the proof. The 3rd thing to note is the actual card was not quite standard sizing. I’ve gotten used to it, but it’s a few millimeters smaller than a standard business card. If I had it to do again I would also choose a more premium card stock. Overall I am content with my cards. The only thing that really bothers me is the logo on the front being way too high for at least half the cards.

  A package for me was delivered to the wrong address. The person who received the package dropped it off at this UPS store. The store called and told me they had the package and could deliver it for between $40-100 or I could come pick it up and pay a $40 storage fee. I guess these UPS Stores are franchises and get to make up their own fees. This fee was extortionate considering I had already paid for shipping and the package went to the wrong address. Why should I pay again to get the service I already paid for? I told them to return it to the sender, so they (or UPS) ended up losing money on the deal. This store sucks. Update: received another call today (I presume from the owner) and they offered to let me have my packages for $20 if I would remove my negative review. They said they were doing me a favor by offering this. I would pay a storage fee if I chose to store my packages there, which I did not. Really scammy behavior.
