They lost (stole) part of my package and didn’t deliver my other part. They did a “dock search” twice and successfully resolved the ticket… but resolving the ticket meant they didn’t find anything and didn’t contact Samsung for the product to have it delivered. No, they just closed it and hoped I’d forget about my $3,500 oven. A Christmas gift for my wife that they are currently a month past due of delivery.
Update: after posting my review, they fraudulently claimed that I refused delivery, despite all the calls and email I’ve placed trying to receive these items. They are trying to place a 15% restocking on this order. At this point I plan on seeking legal counsel.
Ps- look at the positive reviews. They are people that only reviewed once and it was for a mailing service? Clearly fake

The delivery guys were awesome, they even came early which helped me personally since the original date of the 22d got moved. They were courteous and explained the cans and cant's of what they can do. Unfortunately I either missed the part where they couldnt disconnect remove install and haul off or it wasn't told to me so now ive got to figure out how to get it in my house and up on my pedestal. I've also got to figure out how to get rid of old one as LG said they do returns of old ones for refurbishment which isnt RXOs fault.

Ordered a TV via LG.com which was delivered to RXO. Since then, RXO scheduled delivery twice and cancelled delivery twice. After requesting I call to reschedule a second time, they then scheduled delivery for a date I explicitly told them I was unavailable. At this point, I have little confidence this third scheduled date will not result in another cancellation. Support was not helpful in resolving my issues with this company.

While the installers delivered the new unit and removed the old one, they failed to complete the installation as per LG's standards and the expectation set by paying for a professional service.
Specifically, the installation team:
Failed to secure the dishwasher: They placed the unit in the old footprint but refused to attach it underneath the counter. They claimed they do not assume the liability for this and stated I, as the homeowner, must purchase special screws and install it myself. This is a fundamental step of installation that I paid for.
Refused to install crucial components: They did not install the sound-dampening mat and the vapor barrier, both explicitly detailed in the LG installation manual. They told me they do not install these items. Now I am required to pull the dishwasher out myself to properly install these components.
Attempted to leave the unit improperly positioned: The installers were planning to leave the sides of the dishwasher sticking out from the counter, and the rubber side flaps exposed, until I insisted they push the unit back further and correctly position the flaps.
I paid $154.99 for a complete, professional installation, not simply to have the unit dropped off, set in the opening, and plugged in, which is what occurred. I would not have paid for this service if I knew I would have to complete the essential steps of securing the unit and installing the necessary barriers myself.
Don't pay for the installation fee. You'll have to do it yourself.

I had never had a delivery go so well! Clouse and Abraham were extremely personable and very professional with every aspect of the delivery. We had a large Samsung Side By Side Refrigerator and a large Samsung Top Load Washer delivered at the same time! In less than two hours, the old appliances were out and the new were setup and going! No hassles, no fuss, just good honest hard work from a crew who knew what they were doing. I wish I had employees this great when I ran my own service business! They excelled in quality customer service! It was unfortunate that I did not check around more thoroughly when all was done. I found a hammer and a small screw driver left by the crew. I will send it on to RXO up in K.C. and hopefully they will make sure this great service crew will not mess them too much before they get them back! RXO was extremely efficient in every aspect of the delivery, from the up to date emails and phone calls to sending high quality delivery/service men to ensure the delivery ended well. And it DID!!!
