- DRDonnie RodgersMar 8, 20191.0Deceptive business practices. We signed a five year lease and it was never disclosed that each year the lease price would increase by 10%. Local office has failed to respond to us or corporate about the failure to provide clarification from the local sales rep and why we were never given a copy of the back of the contract with the "fine print." Our contract clearly states a monthly rate for 60 months. When our contract is over, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

My company is paying roughly twice what I originally agreed to and cannot get any service from this office or the common courtesy to return phone calls and emails. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to give your money to that might appreciate it and give you some semblance of service. On top of that my printers don't work...
