  Lazy useless, my shipment fedex not delivered with claimed bad address…. Staff with no one waiting just said call the 800 number and refused to take any action to assist the customer. 800 number after going thru the menu also refused to provide any information, only the shipper has access…. Last time I do any business with FEDEX…. FEDUP !

  I have been dropping packages for my business at this location for nearly 10 years, in the past 6 months I have had nearly 20 (large and valuable) packages for clients dropped at this location with prepaid shipping labels attached, scanned in, and never delivered to their destination. There seems to be black hole somewhere in this facility where these boxes vanish to, as tracking always shows "We have your package" in Lenexa, but nothing moves from there. I can understand lost packages happen, but they are never leaving the Lenexa facility to begin with. Most of the time the employees have a terrible attitude aside from 1-2 people I do enjoy working with, they are rarely there though. We have since taken our packages to a different location and have not had issues since. I would recommend if you have important packages that have a tight delivery schedule, to take them to a different FedEx location.

  I came in here today 10-28-25 to get something shipped for my job. mind you im 27 weeks pregnant in a lot of pain and barley getting by as is. Whoever the African American lady is working the front desk needs to be fired. she is so rude for no reason. And I see I’m not the only person who’s had this experience. I don’t usually ship things so I didn’t know theres a difference between coming here and a fed ex office. i asked where their bubble wrap was etc the lady immediately had an attitude talking to me like I’m dumb and said this isn’t an office but then went and found some I could purchase which was nice so I let it go. then scans it and says ok $2 card only. told her I can’t use card only cash cause my job provides cash. again she talks down to me and says ok well this isn’t an office and looking at me like I’m dumb I said ok you don’t have to be rude I didn’t know there’s a difference between here and an office. she then makes a face and goes didn’t know there was a difference???? again talking to me like I’m dumb. I should’ve got her name but I just was treated so badly I just walked off but she’s the lady here at 10:30am October 28th. she needs to be fired. period. a simple hey I think you may need to go to a fed ex office and give me some ideas of where to go would’ve sufficed. worst customer service experience. You people need to take a little more pride in who you hire. And fire people like her. You never know what someone’s going through & you don’t talk to people and treat people like that.

  The older African-American lady, that was working the counter was rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager and she would not let me. She kept on saying she needed a reason why and refused to get a manager. I told her I just wanted my package back so I could take it somewhere else and have it shipped. She told me I would be charged for her to return my package so then I asked to speak to the manager again, she then proceeded to tell me the manager was in a meeting and then had someone come and act like he was the manager. The whole time she stood there staring at me, saying disrespectful things. I’ve never been treated like that anywhere I’ve done business. Please avoid if you can. The time of visit was 10/13/2025 2pm. I will be reaching out to the corporate office it seems other people’s have had the same problem.

  Absolutely atrocious courier service. Imposing personal restrictions on delivery's and refusing to make a delivery even after the customer called and escalated the issue several times due to personal delivery restrictions, NEVER using this worthless service again. Customer service and "management" are even more of a joke. Don't waste your time or money, just use Amazon.
