I brought a package in and it was like she was going out of her way to do her job. It also needed one stripe of packing tape over the top of the box and she tried to sell me an entire roll of packing tape. Shipped ups 100 times never had one problem would highly recommend that management do a better job of teaching their employees to treat their customers with a little bit. Better respect I would give zero stars if possible.

I felt a little uncertain about it being open to the public once I got into the parking lot because it looked like a dark warehouse, but once I went inside, there was a counter like I expected and someone there to take my package. Service wasn't exceptionally friendly, but I achieved my goal, which was to ship a return.
