    They are super helpful and have always been helpful. Just had a great interaction w a young worker behind the counter who helped me w a return. He walked me through a process that needed to be canceled and reprocessed. Was patient and helped to straighten it out. Most would have just sent me on my way. Thank you to him and this store!

    O stars! I came here to drop off very important packages; I arrived at 6:50 (10 minutes before closing) . Before I could even get in the door Charla started yelling aggressively at me they were closed. I spent 5 minutes trying to reason with here that I was here before closing and only had a few packages to ship and it wouldn’t take long at all! Well she went ballistic on me and threatened to call the police. She called the manager (Jay) stating I was taking too long taping my items. At this time it’s 6:55 and I started to record because I couldn’t believe I was being treated like this! I literally had a full blown panic attack because of this lady and Jay was very disappointing accusing me of making Charla feel unsafe. I never once cursed or even raised my tone .Charla said out her own mouth she felt safe. I pleaded with her to let me drop off at least 2 of my packages all she needed to do was scan the QR code and hand me a receipt but she refused to service me. She then tried to stop me from coming inside to Gather my tape and scissors and packages after I put 2 packages in my car. All together I had 4 things but that wouldn’t have took more than 5 minutes but she rather harass me. She doesn’t belong in customer service at ALL. If you don’t believe me, look at the other reviews stating practically the same experience from several customers due to Jay and Charla. There has to be some sort of law from businesses refusing to help customers . Please don’t go to this location, support other places that are more friendly and actually want to help customers! Thanks for triggering my anxiety Charla and Jay… horrible people horrible business. Call the cops really. I’m still in disbelief. So saddening and disappointing.

    Zero Stars -Won’t be going back to this location ever again. What a disappointing experience. One of the employees, Charla, does not demonstrate the level of professionalism or customer service that I expect. She comes across as gruff and unwelcoming, which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable from the moment you walk in. She barks orders at you rather than greeting you and is down right rude. She treated each customer this way as soon as they walked in the door. Additionally, I was very concerned with how expensive items I brought in to ship were handled. They were quickly stuffed into a box without proper care. For high-value items, this is unacceptable and left me questioning whether anyone should trust this location. And she acted out when I took a photo of the label of (MY ) the items I was sending. I wanted a record of it. And as I was snapping the photo she asked me a rhetorical question and spoke to me with a very confrontational and condescending voice as though I was violating something. Side note ~ I called the store a few times the other day and night and no one picks up. I called again close to closing she picks up and argued that she had no missed calls. I asked where the store was located and she told me to put it into my GPS and it would give me directions. Need I say more. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training, as customers deserve both respect and careful handling of the items they are shipping. UPS is only as good as its worst employees.
