Staff does not understand basic courtesy or rudimentary professionalism at all. I feel they get enjoyment out of belittling other human and exerting what little control they feel they have. I see by other reviews that my experience was not isolated and this level of customer treatment seems to a rule rather than the exception.

He walked me through a process that needed to be canceled and reprocessed. Was patient and helped to straighten it out. Most would have just sent me on my way. Thank you to him and this store!
