On other occasions they don't even tell me anything before they cancel it. When I went in there the workers were rude and it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. I would give zero stars if I could

Insufficient staffing to support demand. Carriers constantly mis-deliver items. They just fall short & do a horrible job in every aspect. Supervisors in the post office are poorly trained at customer service. Grade F-.

We’ve had mail that was supposed to be delivered that never showed up and ended up in someone else’s boxes…. And every time you call and complain you get I’m sorry that happened but there’s nothing we can do…..
